CATERING
Breakfast will be served in the official hotel daily from 06.00 hours.
The Clubhouse restaurant will be open daily from 6.30 to 22.00 hours.The buffet lunch for three days is included in the entry fee (vouchers at registration, can also be used during practice days). Other dining due to the restaurant menu.
CAR PARKING
A VIP-parking for players, free of charge, is located nearby the clubhouse and the driving range.
CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse with dressing rooms, saunas etc will open daily from 06.30 to 22.00 hours.
DRESS CODE
The Nordic League dress code applies for all competitors. Proper clothing is required inside the clubhouse.
GOLF BAGS
A golf bag storage is located in connection to the Clubhouse. It is open daily from 06.30 – 22.00 hours.
GOLF SHOP
A well equipped Golf Shop is located in the clubhouse.
INTERNET ACCESS
A wireless internet access is available in the clubhouse area and in the hotel rooms.
LOCKERS
Lockers are available in the dressing rooms in the clubhouse.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
A First Aid room with staff will be located in the clubhouse, so immediate help can be provided if so needed. A doctor’s assistance can be arranged with a 10 minute notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash and major credit cards are acceptable in the clubhouse. The currency is Euro(€).
PRACTICE AREAS and PRACTICE ROUND
All practice facilities are allocated free of charge for players during Tuesday 10th – Saturday 14th July
The official practice day is on Tuesday 10th July. Reservations only through the caddiemaster. NOTE: Wednesday 11th is reserved for the ProAm – competitions.
If a player wants to practice on the course prior the official practice day, is this subject to the normal proceedings of the Vuosaari Golf.
PRESS OFFICE
Press office is located in the clubhouse area. Internet connection and telefax will be available. Access only for accredited press representatives.
Players are requested to be available for a press conference after they have finished their rounds.
TROLLEYS
Pull trolleys are available, free of charge, for all competitors.
