NOTICE BOARDS
Notice boards will be located in the clubhouse and in the receptions at the official hotel.
All relevant and important information will be posted on the notice boards.
PRO AM
Two ProAm – events will be played on Wed 11th July, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Players are obligated to participate and will mainly be nominated due to Nordic League ranking 2012.
ENTRY FEE
The entry fee is 200€ euros including pull trolley, practice balls and lunch vouchers for three days. Payment only at the tournament office (see below; Registration).
REGISTRATION
According to the Rules and Regulations, all participants must register for the tournament latest three days prior the first day of the tournament. This means for the Finnish Open 2012, that the closing date for registration is on Monday 9th July at 18.00.
The registration must be done by email to: (Laita päälle Javascript, niin email toimii).
The second phase of the registration is to pay the entry fee at the tournament office. This must be done prior the first round of the tournament. Payment methods: Cash (euros) or Credit card (major credit cards accepted).
TOURNAMENT OFFICE
The tournament office is located in the clubhouse area, on the ground level.
An Information desk for is located in the clubhouse, at the caddiemasters desk.
TRANSPORTATION
Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport is the main airport. Airport transfer will be provided on request for a cost of 50€ / person roundtrip.
Transfers can also be provided for players arriving with ferries to Helsinki.
